Role-Based Access Control
Modern Residentia handles three secure user access levels, each equipped with its own customized dashboard. Administrators manage and verify listings, handle custom requests, and oversee accounts.
Property Owners publish listings, upload multiple image galleries, view ad performance metrics, and chat with potential renters. Renters can browse and filter properties in real-time, save favorites, send inquiries, and submit custom housing requests.
Premium design system & responsive filter
Built using custom luxury design tokens, the platform implements a dark-first glassmorphic theme. Renters can search and narrow down properties instantly using real-time filters by property type, price limits, and bedroom counts. The sidebar collapses into a clean filter sheet on mobile screens for a responsive, fluid experience.
Instant Inquiry & Direct Chat
Potential renters can initiate chat inquiries directly from any property detail page. Modern Residentia organizes these threads on a unified dashboard, enabling real-time communications between owners and renters. Owner dashboards are also backed by analytics highlighting active inquiries and visual charts of daily views.
Project outcomes & security
Modern Residentia successfully integrates premium visual presentation with robust security. Developed with procedural PHP and a secure MySQL relational database, it protects user operations through BCrypt password hashing, parameterized SQL queries to block SQL injections, HTML input sanitization for XSS mitigation, and custom session-based guards to enforce dashboard access roles.
